PAYMENT
Please make payment through Paypal within 3 working days of your order. Your ordered DVDs will be reserved for you for a maximum of 5 days. If payment is not received by then, the order will be cancelled and items released back as available for others to purchase.
SHIPPING
All orders come with free shipping and handling. Shipping will be via registered mail. We will send you email once the item has been sent out and a tracking number will be provided. Please allow between 10 to 12 days for transit from Singapore.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE DVDs
Return of this item is not accepted.
In the rare occurence you find a piece of defective DVD within the set, please inform me immediately. Requests for a replacement DVD must be made within 7 days of receipt of item, whereby I will send a replacement DVD immediately to you at no extra charge.
Requests for replacements made after this 7-day period are subjected to additional postage charges.
Important Note: "Incompatibility" of these DVDs with a DVD player which is not code-free, does not constitute as "defective". These DVDs should be viewed on a code-free DVD player. Before purchasing, please ensure that your DVD player is code-free and is enabled to view all formats and region codes.
